We ship to all governorates in Egypt. Shipping cost varies by location:
- Cairo & Giza: 82 EGP
- Alexandria: 97 EGP
- Other governorates: Cost calculated at checkout
Free shipping on orders over 1000 EGP!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll get a phone call from our courier to confirm the best time for you to receive the order.
You are allowed to open your order, return it with the courier if you don't like it and only pay for shipping cost.

Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your handmade jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns within 3 days of delivery.
Requirements
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- You only need to pay for the shipping costs
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us on our Instagram page @thirtyaccessories within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll provide you with exchange instructions and help you find the perfect piece.
Please note: Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect.
Damages: Contact us immediately if your item arrives defective or incorrect. We will send you a replacement.
